It is we who need to thank you.  They are the absolutely  sweetest, most darling puppy's ever!  Surprise - Casper is growing like a weed, big and strong at 2 lbs. 10 oz now, and wild!  (I guess he came out of his shell)  Wendy steels the show though.  She is eating pretty well, but is still 1 lb., 6 oz. (She has just discovered Pet Botanics lamb and rice, (loves it) so hopefully that will help.   She loves to play and entertain their many guests. (I bought her a T-shirt yesterday that says "Little Miss Popular" on it.)   They have absolutely captured our hearts!!!!
Casper seems to be totally socialized. Wendy is full of energy, and desperately wants to be outside with the bigger dogs, but when it's cold she begins shaking almost immediately. They have tons of tiny dog toys, and some cat toys too.  They love to chew on bully sticks.   They are both using the pee pads when in a more confined area, but find that difficult to do when in the wide open spaces.  (Will work on that one.)

We'll send you the really good pictures of Casper a Wendy when we get some.  Can't wait to see them on your web site!      Sherry and Bob

Hi Sandy,
Well I will try and type with one hand. I am holding Otis, he is sound asleep in my arms. I took him to work with me today. I didn't want him crated all day.  The pup is doing fantastic with the pads. He eats like a horse. He is getting very spoiled already. We have only had him in his (large) pen at night so far. He is sleeping well now. My husband left his shirt in his bed that he sleeps with it all the time. His favorite spot is in front of the electric fireplace. He caught on to that as soon as he came home. That is Oscars absolute favorite so they are now starting to share.Otis will usually chase Oscar away from there. Well I will keep you updated. Thanks again for another great pup.     Lisa

Just thought I would let you know how the weekend went with our new puppy.  We named him Charley and the transition so far is going very well.   He was excellent on the ride home – rides very well, does not seem to bother him at all.    At night we have been keeping him in the kennel next to our bed which has been going very well I think he is really getting to like the kennel, and it really has not been too hard because when night comes he is so played out he just goes right to sleep, even the first night he didn’t cry much at all,  considering it was the first night.   We are still working on the potty training using the puppy pads, he has had some accidents but we are working on getting him in a routine and I don’t think it will take him long to catch on.   For being such a young puppy he seems to catch onto things very quickly.   We have two larger dogs a shitzu “Sam” ,  and half calvalier/half shitzu “Oscar”  and they are not quite sure of how to handle the little guy but both are adjusting to having him around very well, and just love to play with him, it is very interesting because I think they are a little confused as to how to handle him because he is so small, but they are so gentle with him and so far there has been no problems with jealousy – I have no doubt that within a week or two they are all going to be the best of buddies.     Charley is a lovable, playful, adorable little puppy and we love him already, we are thoroughly enjoying him.    It is so hard not to spoil him though because he is just such a cuddler (and so am I).     I would say you definitely know what you are doing, we have raised several puppies and this is by far the most well adjusted little puppy we have ever had, and appears that it is going to be an easy puppy to train and I credit you with that, we couldn’t be happier.   I’ll keep you updated on his progress and will send pictures as we go.

 Thank you!  Suzanne

I am e mailing you on behalf of my sister Barb and her new puppy she named "Scottie".  They have really bonded!  She loves her very much, they are going to puppy school and a lot of walks.  Wherever she goes, people ask her where she got her!  I personally want to thank you for your patience and kindness when we came out to your house to look at puppies for her.  I'm sure it was a hard thing for my sister,  (replacing her 16 year old dog).  But Barb is smiling and laughing again and loves coming home from work again.  I guess I am telling you this because "you" are a very special person!  Through your puppies you work some kind of magic.  You make people smile and give them joy through what you are doing.  Thank You!
P.S.  Mojo (my puppy)  is doing great!!  We celebrated his 1st birthday with a cake from Dairy Queen and of course many presents!  You have touched my sister and I in ways you'll never know.  God Bless Sandy.  Julie Lane

Hello Sandy,

We cannot tell you how much we love the baby.
He is wonderful and such a joy to watch and hold.

He's learning the "ring bells" by the door to go
outside. Of course sometimes he just likes playing
with the bells but that's a puppy for you and we
take him outside every time he rings them.

He has had no accidents inside the house that were
his fault. We need to learn too. He knew exactly where
he was suppose to go to do his jobs on his third day
with us. His intelligence is amazing.

Thank you so much for your kindness and for the
beautiful little boy.

I'll attach a couple of pictures of Dud Lee.

I'm very excited to see how well she has transitioned to our home and how comfortable she seems already just in the first day. Of course we have been taking plenty of pictures and spoiling her like crazy, too! I will send you some pictures soon :)

Hi Sandy,

My Mom (Cathy R), recently received a Morkie puppy from you and she is just adorable!!  I must say I was very impressed with the training Pebbles had already received by the time Mom got her.  Mom absolutely loves her and I think she has helped my Mom a lot, which has been wonderful!

Hi Sandy!

Pebbles is doing very well.  I don't hear a peep out of her all night, every night, even the first.  She wakes up with a waging tail and is as happy as can be.  She even survived the grandkids this weekend.  You really prepared her well for her homecoming.  I thank you very much!

Hi Sandy,

WE  NAMED HER ABBY!  Our 20 month old pretty much decided since it was the easiest for her to say.

She is doing great.  We left her for the first time at home by herself on 1-5 for a couple hours. She did great!  Anything longer than a couple hours we still take her with.  She just loves people and other dogs.  We brought her to Petco in Duluth on Sunday evening and put her on a leash.  She did quite well being her first time on a leash and out in a public place like that( it was a quiet night at Petco so it was not overwhelming for us or her.).  One guy said she was ridiculously cute.

I hope to send you some new pix of her soon.  I can tell she is getting bigger already.

Happy New Year,

We want to thank you so much for for giving us the opportunity to make ALLEGRO part of our home.  She has brought so much joy to our lives.  I don't think Don ever knew how much you can love a little 4-legged member of your family until now.  She is the light of our lives and always makes us smile!  When she looks at us with that adorable face and those beautiful, dark round eyes, she makes a connection right to our heart and paints a perfect picture of unconditional love.  I just don't think it would be possible to love her any more than we do, but somehow it seems to grow each and every day.

Something I have to tell you about her that was a bit of a surprise to us is that she absolutely loves to retrieve, fetch or whatever you want to call it.  I think she would chase after her braided tug toy that we got from you, her baby tennis ball, or her furry animal toy for hours at a time if we could manage to stick it out that long.  She runs full force to get it, runs back with it and looks up at you with excited anticipation of it being thrown again.  If Don & I are both in the room, she alternates who she brings it to.  Doesn't want to play favorites, you know.

He potty training was really quite easy.  At night and any time we left the house, we kept her in a portacrib with blanketing on half and a piddle pad on the other half.  She caught on right away to using the pad.  And of course, any time we took her outside, we ran the bells hanging on the door with her nose.  The 3rd day we had her home, she actually went to the door and rang the bells on her own for the first time, and she did go potty when we took her out.  Like you told us, we did take her our every time she rang the bells whether she was playing with them or was serious about needing to go out.  She very seldom had any accidents in the house, unless we just weren't paying close enough attention or we had a bunch of the family over and she waited to long to go ring the bells.

By the way, she is the absolute hit at the vets.  Everyone thinks she's the cutest thing ever!

Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you, Sandy!  And just so you know, Allegro isn't spoiled at all. Ha! Ha!

Good Morning

Puppy is doing great (MASTIFF). I’ve had many dogs in my life and he has to be the smartest of all. He picks up stuff (good & bad) very quickly.  He comes to work with us every day and has already established his own little routine

He is very sweet and is getting lots of love.

Hi Sandy, I just wanted to update you on how Charley (Morkie) is doing.  He has been an absolute joy.  He loves people of all ages and dogs of all breeds.  He plays hard and then snuggles up for a nap.  If I take him out somewhere I have to plan ahead because I know people will stop us so they can pet him and tell him how cute he is and it usually puts us behind schedule.  he has such a great temperament and I can't imagine that there is a better dog out there.  THANK YOU!!

Hi Sandy! I just wanted to shoot you a quick note and let you know that everything is going great with these two. I have been having so much fun with them. We named them Ava (Chihuahua) and Asher (Yorkchi), Ava has quite the personality and is showing all of her princess qualities, which I love. Asher is being the little prince charming and be so sweet and snuggly and adorable. They slept SO well together the past 2 nights. I can't thank you enough. I never had considered getting two puppies at once but so far it's working out super well. I am so in love with these two! Attached are a few new photos of them. : ) Talk to you soon!

Hi Sandy,
Well, it's been almost 4 weeks since we got our puppy from you and she is doing great.  We finally named her Peanut (teacup Dachshund) because of her size, of course.  We took her to Paws on Grand Avenue today and you would have thought she was a movie star.  We could barely get down a sidewalk without having to stop so people could see her or pet her or talk to her or admire her.  Everybody LOVES her!!  She even won a contest at one of the shops on Grand Avenue for being the cutest dog .  If you watched KARE11 she was on the news today when they covered the Paws on Grand Avenue event.  She was the little dog wrestling with our other dog.
She has also been the crowd favorite at both of my daughters softball games.  I can't tell you how much fun she is to have around.  Our other dog loves playing with her and has learned how to be very gently with her while she jumps on him and bites his ears.  They both run through the grass with bunny hops in their steps.  We just laugh.
I wanted to thank you again and let you know how wonderful she is doing!!

Hi Sandy,
Just wanted to give you a quick update on our puppy.  We did decide to name her Bamby (after her parents).  She is doing really well: she only potties outside (by her choosing) and only had a couple of accidents the first day.  The only time she whines is when she wants us to hold her - which is quite frequent - and we are more than happy to accommodate that.  We all LOVE her to pieces and my husband, John, can't stop saying how sweet she is.
Thanks again for the loving puppy,

I wanted to write and tell you how happy we are with Chloe  (Broodle Griffon) and how well she is doing.  She was comfortable by Saturday evening and very playful.  She has not yet had an accident in the house.  She won't even use the pee pads.  She waits until we take her outside.  This includes holding it for 8 hours at night in her playpen!  She goes to bed with minimal fuss, she is playful and happy.  We can always find her about 2" behind one of us.  All around she is a wonderful pet!

The only thing we have to urge her to do is eat.  She gets distracted easily, so we still feed her by hand.  She eats well when we do that.

Thank you for such a wonderful puppy we love her already!

I can't thank you enough for Mo Jo. (Morkie) He is a wonderful puppy!  He is well adjusted, loves everyone he comes into contact with and visa versa.  He is happy and full of energy.  You are a wonderful breeder.  I still look at your web site from time to time and you are always putting up "good" info about your dogs and caring for them.  That is truly appreciated as well.  Thank you for our phone conversations when I had questions, and all of the e mails.  You are the best!  Julie L. - Minnesota
P.S.  My sister is a professional photographer, so you'll be getting some great pics of him soon.
